Writing Effective Tender Proposals

This full-day workshop provides practical insight into what buyers and commissioners look for in effective tender responses.
What will it cover?
During the session you will learn how to prepare and write confident, persuasive and well-structured tender responses.
Learning outcomes from the session:
- Understand the link between PQQs and ITTs within the procurement cycle
- Learn about the difference between writing a tender proposal and writing a grant application
- Understand what commissioners look for in the ITT response
- Understand the critical success factors of effective tender proposals: how to construct rigorous and effective tender responses
- Identify how to communicate your Unique Selling Points
- Understand what mistakes to avoid
- Know how evaluation systems work
- Be able do develop your pricing strategies
- Find out about sources of investment finance
- Be able to complete a tendering risk analysis.
Who should attend?
Directors, managers, bid writers and trustees who are already tendering or about to start tendering. This workshop is particularly suited to third sector organisations.
