TENDER: DMBC Enterprise Coaching

Doncaster Council is tendering for an organisation to deliver the Enterprise Coaching contract under a Framework Agreement.
This Framework Agreement seeks the successful delivery of a borough-wide Enterprise Coaching service up to the period of 31st March 2011 (with an option to extend by a further 3 x 12 month periods at the sole discretion of the Council).
This contract will deliver specialist pre-start support within the Borough of Doncaster as part of Doncaster Council’s Success Doncaster programme.
Enterprise Coaching will form a critical gateway for the Success Doncaster programme and its key activities will include:
- Engaging with individuals who can benefit from the support available (many of whom may not have accessed support previously);
- Undertake an assessment of individuals needs;
- Develop a tailored action plan to enable progression;
- Provide support to overcome the identified (or perceived) barriers;
- Broker in appropriate support from internal and external partners;Develop realistic and viable enterprise ideas
- Raise awareness of the range of opportunities and support available;
- Introduce clients to specialist business start up support;
- Provide aftercare support where appropriate.
