Doncaster Council is tendering for an organisation to deliver the Brighter Futures contract under a Framework Agreement.
The aim of the project is to offer a personalised support package to individuals with a health condition that focuses on helping them regain control of their life by improving their health and well being through empowering them to manage their condition, which will improve their self confidence and motivation to return to work, training or self-employment.
