TENDER: DMBC Spot Hire of operated and non-operated plant, self drive vehicles and portable buildings

DMBC wishes to appoint a range of providers via a Framework for the spot hire of operated and non-operated Plant, self-drive Vehicles and Portable Buildings by Transport Services on behalf of client Departments of the Council.

The scope of the contract covers the spot hire requirements of client Departments for plant, vehicles and portable buildings. The contract is divided into four (4) lots and suppliers can bid for all or any lot(s):

The Framework will initially run for a period of two years commencing on 1st October 2010 and this can be extended for a further two one year periods at the sole discretion of the Council.

The Council operates an electronic tendering system through the Supplier and Contract Management System (SCMS), Alito procurement website. All requests to participate in the tender process MUST be registered through the SCMS system and Tender Documents will only be available via the SCMS system.
