PROVISION OF ASPIRATION DONCASTER NEIGHBOURHOOD INTERMEDIATE LABOUR MARKET (ILM) FRAMEWORK

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) and its partners in the Local Strategic Partnership invite detailed proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations (“Organisations”) to deliver the Aspiration Doncaster Neighbourhood Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) project via a Framework Agreement.

The Council is looking to appoint one organisation to this Framework Agreement.

The project will deliver a series of neighbourhood infrastructure / environmental improvement works as identified as priorities by DMBC Neighbourhood Managers.

These works will create community facilities and / or improvements, to be visible to and accessible by local communities, providing longer term community benefits and legacy. A target of 80 beneficiaries will be employed on the project to undertake these infrastructure works. The project will provide supported employment to the hardest to reach groups residing in some of Doncaster ’s most deprived communities.

The contact will be for a period of 13˝ months with an estimated start date of 15 February 2010 and can be extended by a further three 12-month periods at the sole discretion of the Council.

The Council operates an electronic tendering system through the Supplier and Contract Management System (SCMS), Alito procurement website.

All expressions of interest MUST be registered through the SCMS system and Tender documents will only available via the SCMS system.
